We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been received and is verified. After verification, in principle, the order will not be able to be cancelled during this period. Considering the handling process has already started, we will try our best to communicate with you via email or phone to find a good solution if for whatever reason your order needs to be adjusted.

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sunday or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone to keep you in the loop.

The shipping period is from when your order leaves our business and on it's way to your door. Your shipping charges are determined & calculated by your area and will be displayed at checkout.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking numbers once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you get the confirmation email, but tracking numbers are not attached, please let us know!
